Refund Policy
1. Overview
At YasumiWellness, we offer spa, wellness, and treatment services, including Seasonal Skin Fixes, Warm Stone & Oil Rituals, Spa For Busy People, and Back & Shoulder Bliss.
Because of the nature of these services, payments are generally non-refundable unless one of the specific circumstances described below applies.
2. No Refunds for Completed Services
- • Once a service has been fully delivered, a refund will not be provided
- • Outcomes can differ from one individual to another and are not guaranteed
3. Deposits and Advance Payments
Deposits paid to reserve appointments are non-refundable.
Deposits may be:
- • Applied to a new appointment where rescheduling takes place within the permitted notice period
- • Lost in the event of a late cancellation or failure to attend
4. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
A refund may only be considered in the following circumstances:
- • The appointment is cancelled within the allowed notice period and the client does not request rescheduling
- • We are unable to deliver the service because of unexpected circumstances
- • A payment was made twice or was processed incorrectly
All refunds that qualify for consideration remain subject to management approval.
5. Medical or Skin Reactions
- • Clients must provide complete information about any relevant medical or skin conditions before receiving treatment
- • We are not responsible for adverse reactions where relevant information was not fully disclosed
- • Refunds will not be granted solely because of dissatisfaction with results or reactions, unless it is established that negligence caused the issue
6. Service Unsuitability
If, during a consultation and before the service begins, a treatment is considered unsuitable, we may:
- • Suggest an alternative service, or
- • Provide a credit or refund at our discretion
7. Refund Process
- • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- • Unless another arrangement is agreed upon, refunds will be returned through the original payment method
- • The time required for funds to appear may differ depending on the payment provider
8. Late Arrivals and No-Shows
- • Clients arriving late may receive a shorter session or have their appointment cancelled
- • Refunds will not be provided for missed appointments or no-shows
9. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Refund Policy at any time, and any changes will become effective immediately.
